Virtual Counselling and Virtual Life Coaching
Frequently Asked Questions
What is virtual counselling and virtual life coaching?
Our virtual counselling and virtual life coaching is a process whereby our clients are allocated a counsellor or life coach to help them work through an issue or to help them achieve a goal in life. The counsellor or coach is a real person, but we call it 'virtual' because most of the communication between coach and client is done via email, phone or Skype.
The 'virtual' approach is great for two reasons. Firstly, it means that we can work with people from anywhere in the world, providing they can access the internet. Secondly, and more importantly, we can keep costs to affordable levels. No need for expensive consulting rooms or office blocks. These savings are passed onto our clients.
The relationship between coach and client can help make a massive difference. You are the expert in your life, but we are the experts in counselling and coaching. You know what is best for you, and we can help you find your very best.
A good coach can help you connect your head and your heart in a way that transforms your passion so that you can fulfil your dreams.
Why do people need a counsellor or coach?
Well, to be honest, some people don't. Some people are suitably motivated to solve their own problems without the need for help. However, these people are rare. Most people need some help at some point in their lives.
Whether you are suffering from loneliness, anxiety or want help to achieve a goal in life, you may need a helping hand to move forward.
Why should I engage with an life coach?

Why should I engage with a counsellor?
Again, our clients come to us for help with many issues, for example:
How do I get started?
The first thing to do is to complete an enquiry form. This is a simple online form that you complete so that we can find out a little about you and your aspirations. It is important to be honest because we will use this information to put you in contact with the most appropriate counsellor or life coach.
Some people just want to talk, which is perfectly okay with us. Others have a specific project in mind (weight-loss, starting a project, overcoming self-doubt). Based on the information you provide, we will allocate you to the most appropriate person.
What happens next?
After we receive your initial enquiry, your coach will send an email to you, which will outline how we might be able to help. The email will map out what we can do to support you, whether it is to simply communicate over a few hours or to support you as you work through your project.
We use a variety of ways to communicate with our clients, which include: Skype, email, live chat, and telephone.
How much does this cost?
The introductory email will outline the costs involved, which can be as little as £25. But it does depend. If you emotional support to 'talk' through your worries via email, the cost will be minimal. Everyone's needs are different though. We like to treat people as individuals so no two clients need the same support. It does really depend on how you are feeling and what you would like to achieve. This is why the online form is important.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Absolutely not. All our clients pay as they go. Often, one or two sessions are enough. Sometimes people chose to have a few sessions or they want several months support. But you can stop at anytime.
Will I have more than one coach or counsellor?
No. You will be allocated a single person to work with.
Is my counsellor qualified?
Absolutely. All our counsellors and life coaches have studied psychology and some have counselling qualifications while others have life completed training in life coaching. All our counsellors have completed in-house training.
What do I do now?
The best thing to do next is to complete our online enquiry form. Provide as much detail as possible so that we can assess how best to support your needs.
