Do you want to start a new business? Or achieve a life-time ambition? Perhaps you want to get a new job, or turn a hobby into some extra cash. Achieve sporting success? Or, maybe you just want to develop further, to build self-confidence or to reduce stress in your life.
But some people struggle. Why? Well, there are lots of reasons. Some people can't plan properly, while many bite off too much, they aren't realistic in their expectations. Many people start off well, but fizzle out because they lack motivation. Staying motivated is incredibly important if you want to achieve your dreams.
Success comes to those who can see and feel what they want, are motivated to achieve it, and know how to adapt their behaviour when needed.
For over ten years, we have been helping people to achieve their dreams. Our life-coaching service is incredibly popular with sports people and with business men and women.
Our online self-development course will provide a helping hand for those who want to achieve their dreams.
Why is our course different?
Well, it combines some important techniques into one package. Cognitive behavioural therapy is a great tool for helping those who want to look forward in a positive way, and neuro-linguistic programming has some wonderful techniques to help people achieve their desired outcome. We use a combination to techniques to give you the best chance of success.
Each person on the course will be allocated a tutor. Our tutors are all psychologists, counsellors, life coaches and NLP practitioners. The tutor will help you to develop a plan, to identify weaknesses and blockers, and will help you to learn and use techniques that will definitely help you move forward.
The online course consists of six modules. You can take your own time to work through the modules, but one per week should be perfectly achievable. However, some people take six months to complete the course. Your tutor will provide support for up to 12 months from the start of the course.
Each module consists of a podcast and a series of tasks for you to complete. The podcast lasts about 20 minutes and you can listen to it as many times as you want. At the end of each podcast you will be asked to complete a series of tasks and exercises that you will send to your tutor.
After completing each task, your tutor will provide personal feedback. The tasks that you complete all serve an important part of your journey to achieving your goals. It is important that you take time to complete them and to take time to review the comments from you tutor.
You will learn how to identify outcomes and you will learn how to plan for success and not for failure.
Positive thinking and the power of 'sensing success' will be discussed in detail.
After you have completed all six modules, you will have identified exactly what it is you want to achieve, you will have set out a plan of action, and you will have identified what you need to do to meet your desired outcomes.
You will learn about outcome setting, and you will learn about motivation and visualisation techniques. Most successful sports people use visualisation to help them maintain their focus.
